Experienced Growth Marketer – how about a backstage pass to the music industry? Would you like to influence how people learn to play music? We are looking for you music loving and growth-oriented personality, to focus on the growth of Musopia’s products. You would be joining a team, where we are designing the future of music education together.

We are looking for a professional with a hands-on approach to digital marketing, automation technologies and monetization. You have an eye to recognize the potential areas of improvement in the customer journey, make plans to develop them and implement your plans in an organized and analytical way, to maximize organic growth.

Responsibilities:

You are collaborating with app designers, developers, marketing and data teammates and our partners to identify areas for growth. Your usual routine contains checking of key product and business metrics, including conversion rates, CLV, churn and retention. Mastering qualitative and quantitative data will help you to find patterns, problems, and opportunities. You like testing and optimizing marketing tactics for customer acquisition and conversion rate optimization.

Your curious mindset helps you to keep yourself updated on the latest trends and changes in UI/UX and digital marketing. You can conduct and present competitive analyses and market research as well as you propose creative new projects, from building free tools and apps that attract prospects and convert leads to testing new approaches to capturing existing demand.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate that has enough experience and cases to show that you have understood what generating growth is about. You understand your role as a strategic decision maker. You are juggling between result-oriented marketing content and marketing technology to find ways to push our products. You have experience in the consumer targeted mobile apps. Tasks like tracking implementation and web analytics related tagging in a mobile app are familiar to you.

Your analytical mind has led you to use some data tools that help to derive information to back up your decisions. Your understanding of growth tools will help the team to be aware of what is going on in this area. You may have applicable knowledge of modern web technologies in the marketing automation context. A/B testing tool experience and some expertise in UI/UX best practices may help you too.

You are fluent in modern Agile working methods. You can read, write, and communicate your ideas fluently also, in English.
