Revenue Manager Sokotel Oy
We are looking for an experienced Revenue Manager! The Revenue Manager will be responsible for maximizing revenue, market share and profits for multiple hotels through the strategic coordination of revenue management processes and procedures. The portfolios assigned are very diverse and gives the successful candidate the opportunity to work with different markets and different types of hotels in Radisson Blu and Sokos Hotels hotel chains. The role is instrumental in leading the commercial strategy of the assigned hotels and driving revenue and profits for Sokotel.

You recognize and analyze period end and other available system data to identify trends, future need periods and obstacles to achieving goals. You ensure that sales strategies and rate restrictions are communicated, implemented, and modified as market conditions fluctuate. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing and the Hotels for business opportunities, aiming to increase profitability of the organization. You think creatively and practically to develop, execute, and implement new strategies.

- Previous experience within a Revenue Management role, preferably within Hospitality or a similar industry
- Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing and (additional languages are beneficial)
