REVENUE ANALYST / REVENUE CONTROLLER
We are now looking for a Revenue Analyst for the Nordic forerunner of the Hospitality industry. Forenom is an innovative and dynamic company and serviced apartment provider with a strong focus on business customers.
The Revenue Analyst will work in close cooperation with the Country Revenue Manager. Forenom’s Revenue Management team’s main function is to find the most profitable way to operate business in Finland. This role’s main responsibility is to keep track of Forenom’s revenue in Finland and find ways to improve it in every business area by analyzing revenue data and assist in developing Forenom’s business according to company business strategy. The Revenue Analyst will recommend pricing and positioning of all product categories and segments. Revenue management team will be working closely with demand management and channel management teams.
The person we are looking for must have attention to details and be highly accurate with his/her work. The person will have multiple stakeholders such as management, business areas and sales teams, therefore he/she will need to have good communication skills and proactive approach. Other desired competencies include customer-oriented way of thinking, business-minded and target-oriented approach and flexibility in your ways of working.
Forenom is an agile and dynamic company with an attitude of constant development. Therefore, you will have the opportunity to actively develop your ways of working and developing the business by cooperation with relevant stakeholders. We would expect some previous experience from cost management, management accounting or sales controlling and a degree in business studies or similar. It is important that you have analytical skills and interest in sales profitability analysis. Your willingness to learn and develop as well as the ability to operate in a matrix organization are essential in this role.
