Your assignments

Your versatile role consists of responsibilities as a Responsible Pharmacist, National Safety Officer, Medical Information Responsible Officer and Quality Management Representative. You act as a primary contact point for authorities and both external and internal stakeholders regarding wholesale license related issues, generic pharmaceuticals, quality and pharmacovigilance. Thereof, we hope that you are a communicative person who is able to collaborate effectively with others.

You report to the National Sales Manager in Finland and are a member of the Nordic Quality, Regulatory and Pharmacovigilance teams. As an integral member of an experienced and dynamic local team, you provide support and expertise to your colleagues through relevant training and advice. Your tasks cover also the maintenance of the wholesale license including approval of new suppliers, distributors and subcontractors. In addition, your are responsible of planning and conducting of internal and external audits.

Your profile

We are looking for a candidate with a Master’s degree in Pharmacy, and some years of experience in regulatory advisory role. We expect you to have a strong background in managing yourself in planning and implementing authorised activities and quality standards, securing authority relations and overall quality management. Self-driven mode and strong professional interest are needed for regular screening of local laws and regulations applicable to the functions and products in Finland. You have very good oral and written communication skills in both Finnish and English.
