Do you want to join Biosensors Team? We are developing tailored antibodies using phage display technology for diagnostics and various analytical purposes. We are also generating biosensors and microfluidic platforms for different health and environment related immunoassay and nucleic acid test applications.

With us you will be responsible for the development, production, purification and characterization of recombinant antibodies used in medical, food safety or environmental field with point-of-care or laboratory related settings. Expertise in recombinant DNA technology, protein chemistry including downstream processing, purification and bioanalytical methods is required. You will perform laboratory experiments according to planned protocols and established timelines/milestones. To be successful in this position you should be capable of performing and reporting laboratory experiments extensively and promptly.

Main responsibilities:

  • Developing and engineering of new antibodies
  • Production and purification of recombinant antibodies
  • Characterization of antibodies (Immunoassay, SDS-PAGE, Immunoblot)
  • Follow established protocols and good laboratory practices

You should have good laboratory work practice and communication skills required to assist and collaborate with a multidisciplinary group of researchers and engineers, in a dynamic team environment. An ability to tackle multiple tasks simultaneously as a member of an integrated multidisciplinary team is essential. Expertise in antibody development, characterization and downstream processes is an advantage.

We expect you to have B.Sc (laboratory engineer or similar) in laboratory analytics, molecular biology and protein/antibody engineering or related fields. You’ve already +2-5 years laboratory experience in molecular biology, protein purification and characterization either in research field or in industry. English language skills are essential.
