As a reporting analyst, you have a great opportunity to combine BI and business controlling in your work. Your daily routines consist of the store and warehouse daily operative reporting tasks and assisting our business controllers with analyses and metrics calculations. You are responsible for delivering standard weekly and monthly reporting packages to our business and management teams. You also work closely together with our BI solutions owner and development team, creating Qlik reports and maintaining dashboards and BI environment. You engage with our business colleagues proactively to clarify requirements and optimize the usefulness of the reports, as well as provide data analyst support for our retail network in Nordics. As a reporting analyst, you are a member of our business controlling team, located in Musti Head Office in Käpylä, Helsinki.What are we looking for?
We expect you to have Bachelor or M.Sc. degree with major in a related field. You have some previous working experience from reporting, finance, business support or equivalent functions, complementing your understanding of the business controlling. You have strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel. You feel comfortable in building queries and working with data, basic knowledge of programming language such as SQL is appreciated. Qlik experience is a further plus. Finding the best solution for creating and visualizing a report, as well as documentation and user training, come naturally to you. You like autonomous, self-motivated and structured ways of working in a vivid environment of ad-hoc requests. You have positive and people-oriented attitude and communicate fluently in English and in Finnish. Swedish is considered as an advantage.Why to join our pack?
