Why this role?

As a Regulatory Student Worker your mission is to support the Regulatory team in Finland. The role will be part of GSK Pharmaceutical organization and based in Espoo. The position is part-time (10-22 hours per week) with expected starting date in August 2020. Your working schedule is flexible and can be decided according to your studies. We have also possibility to offer more working hours during summer vacation period next year.  

Key Responsibilities: 

In this role you will have to ensure selected tasks are performed in accordance with requirements from the authorities and GSK procedures. You will be supporting the regulatory affairs team and be responsible for different activities related to archiving, translations (English/Finnish), proofreading, check of artwork,  update of compendial -texts, upload of information to databases etc. You will also be asked to work on different ad hoc tasks and projects to support the business.

Basic Qualifications: 

To qualify for the position, you must be a University student of Pharmacy, Biosciences or other Natural sciences, preferably to have recently completed the bachelors degree. Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken, is required, as well as experience with the MS Office programs.

To succeed in the role, you must possess professional written and verbal communication skills, an analytical mindset and be a good team player functioning well in multicultural relations. Also, you must have good time management skills and be concise and persuasive. We expect you to take responsibility for your tasks while working according to guidelines and instructions. Finally, you are flexible, able to self-motivate and be resilient. Good written and oral skills of English are of benefit.

In light of recent events, we expect you to be able to work remotely, if necessary.
