We are now looking for a

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

to be accountable for the areas of CIS-countries and Eastern Europe.
You will actively contribute to the objectives of the Sales Department by anticipating customer needs, searching for new sales opportunities and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction in the above countries. You will work for an acknowledged company in its field and with mostly established contacts, but still you will be proactively looking for new sales opportunities, doing all you can to ensure best possible sales success in the tightening competition.  

You will also be ensuring a smooth sales process internally by following-up the technically & commercially clarified orders for projects, products and spares from the order intake till the expedition, ensuring the respect of delivery times.

You are based in ADB Safegate’s Vantaa office in a rather compact Finnish team consisting of 10 great colleagues. An essential part of your work though is to travel regularly to meet your customers in your sales territory.

What helps you succeed in this role?

You should have proven track record in having done successful sales internationally in a challenging B2B environment. Technical background will help you understand the complex solutions that you are selling, though it is not a must. Sales skills and social abilities in maintaining and nurturing long lasting customer relationships are your even more important assets. We also highly appreciate knowledge of the Russian and Eastern European business cultures and having previous sales experience from those countries. You understand that you are selling and delivering high-class technical solutions in international settings.

In addition to being an effective and reliable communicator with our customers, you work with ease with all internal parties in making sure the order process goes as smooth as possible and customer satisfaction is maintained at a high level.
You should have the capability to work under strict schedules and handle various tasks under pressure.  You communicate effectively both verbally and written in Finnish and in English. Knowledge of Russian and/or another Eastern European language is a definite advantage for you.
