Icare is now looking for a driven and experienced Regional Director responsible for leading an international team of Area Sales Managers in EMEA and Latin America. In this role you will join a company who is a global player in ophthalmic products and has tens of thousands of satisfied users in nearly 100 countries.

For this challenging position we are looking for a person with experience in leading international sales teams and developing channel sales via distributors. We already have a strong global partner basis and excellent sales team to manage it.

Understanding of the medical device business logic is required to be able to strategically develop the sales operations. Building and maintaining strong relationships internally as well as engaging with our external partners are essential parts of the role. Preferred job location is close to our main hubs in Vantaa, Finland or Padua, Italy.
