We are looking for motivated and passionate Recruiting Manager / Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at Seriously (Helsinki office) for a fixed-term position. As we are growing rapidly, we need a dedicated person to help us to find the best talent in the market to join our team. The position is at this stage fixed for 6 months starting as soon as possible. Depending on our longer term growth plans, it might turn into a longer term position.

As a Recruiting Manager / Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be supporting our growth by finding the best talent from all over the world for our Helsinki Game Studio operations. You’ll work closely with the HR Director and hiring managers to be successful with the recruitments. Depending on the candidate, also relocation tasks might be included in the role.

Responsibilities

  • Working as an inhouse-recruiter at the Helsinki office (our office is located in the very heart of Helsinki)

  • Recruiting all levels of positions, from junior to senior level positions

  • Recruiting by all available tools and techniques, including social media, job boards, networks

  • Supporting hiring managers with job descriptions, openings and interviews

  • Managing all recruitment processes at Seriously

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience with global recruitments in the gaming industry or a relevant industry

  • Experience in recruiting with modern versatile tools

  • In-house experience is a plus, but not an absolute must

  • Fluent in English, as it’s our working language
