I am Rūta Jančytė and I am leading the Search Community in People Sourcing Hub. We are a great bunch of people, and I am super proud of every member of our team. We are a team of specialists that support leaders all over Telia Company in acquiring the talent they need to make us New Gen Telco. This means leading or assisting in recruitment processes, proactively reaching out to potential candidates, building talent pools and delivering on our people promise: “Home to your next big opportunity”.

Right now I am looking for a skilled Recruiter that would join my team and help managers, find, attract and recruit the top tech talents in the market.

Your next opportunity?
Your main playground will be in tech & IT field– you’re at your best when working with profiles such as API Architect, Front-End Developer, Cloud Specialist, UI Designer... However, you’re eager to expand your knowledge and share your experience in other business areas as well. As a strategic recruiting partner for the business, you will support and guide our managers through recruitment processes. You are eager to put your vast networks in use whether it’s social media or leveraging our talent pipelines in Finland or international. On top of the usual recruiter tasks (getting the recruitment profile right, screening and interviewing top candidates and handling assessments), we promise you get to utilize your best search hacks, bring our candidate experiences to the next level and continuously improve our recruitment practices in an international setup.

Would you be our perfect match?

  • You've 3-5 years’ recruiting experience and a proven track record in finding tech talents for various roles and levels;

  • are experienced in international recruitments, global mobility and working with recruitment agencies;

  • are adventurous and able to organize work in situations with lot of ambiguities and also work simultaneously with several projects;

  • are positive and persistent because IT recruitment brings a lot of challenges;

  • care about each manager and each candidate because they all are Your clients;

  • are able to operate effectively in a large, complex, matrix organizational structure, analyze and quickly grasp new information;

  • have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, yet productive relationships;

  • have a track record of trying out newest recruitment tools and solving complex business issues via recruitment;

  • have in-depth knowledge of Finnish talent market, vast networks consisting of candidates, agencies and other stakeholders;

  • certificates in psychometric assessment tools and previous knowledge of Workday are seen as advantages;

  • when it comes to languages, you’ll succeed with your current Finnish dialect and of course English.
