Our team member is job rotating within Valmet and we are seeking for a proactive and enthusiastic person to EMEA Talent Management team. As a recruiter you will have an important role to consult and support managers with recruitments for variable roles. You will be mainly focusing on white collar recruitments in Finland but support also other EMEA if needed. This is a fixed term position until the end of September 2022.
Your daily tasks will include:
Conducting briefing meetings with managers to understand the requirements of different roles
Writing attractive job ads
Creating recruitment plans to ensure target lead times
Utilizing appropriate sourcing channels and ensuring suitable candidate generation
Pre-screening candidate applications
Choosing and administering appropriate personality questionnaires and ability tests (SHL)
Supporting recruitments with chosen tools (Workday, RecRight)
Communicating proactively with candidates, managers and HR colleagues
Taking part in other talent attraction activities
You will succeed in this role if you have suitable education, a couple of years of relevant experience and good communication skills both in English and Finnish. You know what it takes to run smooth recruitment process and how to use different online tools for excellent candidate experience. With great networking skills, you can easily navigate in our matrix organization and make an influence on recruitment decisions. You are also willing and able to travel when needed.
