RECEPTIONIST (FULL-TIME)
We are now looking for Receptionist in permanent employment to support our people and office in making every day a great day at work.
The position
As Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the meeting center and daily operations at the office run smoothly. You will be a part of our Group Support team, assisting our employees and taking care of day-to-day tasks for the office.
Your main responsibilities
You will join a Finnish team of six Group Support professionals and replace the receptionist whose fixed-term contract ends end of summer.
What we expect from you
We expect you to serve the internal and external customers in a positive and professional manner. It is important that you can adapt to changing situations and have excellent organizing skills, as some of the ad hoc requests that you will be supporting our people with come up suddenly.

You will get to work with versatile tasks in customer interface. You will be working in our modern office located in Helsinki city center.
