Santa's Igloos Arctic Circle is looking for RECEPTIONIST for winter season 2022-2023!
As an receptionist you are first person, who the customer will meet when checking in to hotel. In your work you have key role for smoothnes of hotel visit. You are answering customers' qurestions in professional way and you have will to do your best for excellent customer experience. You are making very close co-operation with other hotel departments.
Employment starts during October, latest on November. Receptionists are working in 2 or 3 shifts. Seasonal full time employment will end during April 2023, but there is possibility to continue as permanent employee in Santa's Hotel. In terms of employment we are following the collective agreement for hotel and restaurant industry. There is possibility to rent accommodation in centre of Rovaniemi.
We expect:
- Will to give best customer service for hotel customers
- Experience of work under pressure and experience of hotel industry
- English language skills - other languages are advantage
- Opera-knowledge is an advantage, but is not required - most important values for us is your positive an excited attitude and will to learn!
