Are you an internationally oriented project management professional thinking of new challenges? Do you wish to promote sustainability in a key industry and contribute to the story of better energy management?
We are looking for a R&D Project Manager to join our EMEA R&D team with the opportunity to work at the front of a constantly developing technology.
As an R&D Project Manager you lead the smart energy development projects. You have the overall responsibility for planning the project timeline, deliverables and quality, and ensuring appropriate risk and change management for the project. You also handle the project budgeting and product costs and manage resources over the entire project lifecycle.
An important part of your responsibilities is the coordination of activities during project phase between the development and manufacturing sites of EMEA. You actively represent the interest of the project to regional and global stakeholders and share knowledge across sites and departments. You also provide full transparency to the project status in various presentations and meetings.
You already have solid experience in leading R&D project in a complex environment and with multiple stakeholders, including international development partners. You are technically adept and have understanding on main areas such as embedded software, hardware, or SW backend solutions. It is important that you possess strong project management skills and you know how to represent your project to senior stakeholders in challenging situations. As we operate in a truly global environment, collaborating closely with colleagues from various sites and functions, it is important that you communicate fluently in English. Finnish is a plus.
