As we continue to improve and strengthen our capabilities we are looking to hire individual to design transfer position to ensure world-class product introductions. As a team player your responsibilities may vary from being the main architect of the operations value stream in new product development programs and being responsible for all the design transfer activities to leading smaller cross-functional projects inside the factory or with the suppliers. Whether working as a key contributor in new product development programs or leading projects you will work closely together with various functions to ensure our new product launches meet the needs of our external and internal customers.
You have hands-on experience in lean manufacturing which combined with your technical and business knowledge enables you to provide leadership for the team in order to deliver results that meet or exceed the targets. You bring your can-do attitude to work every day and you continuously seek and work on ways to improve how things get done. Prior experience of working in medical or other regulated industry helps you get the job done in our fast-paced work environment.
You have prior experience in, or are willing to learn, medical device quality system standards (e.g. FDA QSR and ISO-13485) and medical equipment safety standards (e.g. EN 60601-1).
To qualify for the position you need to work well in a team. You are self-motivated to complete tasks on time with a professional quality. You adapt well to changing situations and still perform your work and documentation carefully. You can work independently and have great interpersonal skills as well as fluent communication skills in English.
