Would you be our new Quotation & Order Management Specialist?

We are seeking for a Quotation & Order Management Specialist to join Metso Outotec´s Global Spare Parts Organisation in Services Business Line. As a Quotation & Order Management Specialist you will be responsible for Order and Quotation workflow in our Metals Central Service Hub in Finland. In your daily work you will be following and managing customer enquiries, quotations, sales orders and customer claims. You will be working closely with our internal stakeholders, always trying to find the best possible solution and to give outstanding service to ensure excellent customer experience. Our office is based in Espoo, but you have the opportunity for remote work too. Due to practical logistical reasons, we are only able to consider candidates already located within Finland.

What are we looking for?

You are enthusiastic about business-to-business sales and eager to learn more of it in an innovative multicultural context. You have a suitable educational background for this role (business or engineering) and already a couple of years of experience working with B2B sales or customer service in the industrial sector. We expect you to have a good understanding in SAP or other similar ERP system and previous knowledge in MS Dynamics is also seen as an asset. Working in an international environment, you will need fluent spoken and written English language skills. Ideally you also have good Finnish Skills.

As a person you are a service minded, patient and accurate team player but are also able to take ownership of your own work tasks. You will work in customer interface and with various internal stakeholders each day and therefore excellent communication and interpersonal skills are important in this role. We hope that you are able to perform well under pressure and have a relaxed and flexible professional mindset. You will be continuously learning new things and it is important that you are motivated and eager to develop your skills and knowledge with our products and services.
