YOUR FUTURE TEAM:
Quality Manager will be part of DNA's security team, which operates closely with all internal divisions. You will be in charge of the company-wide quality management system and overall development as well as the guidance of the quality. YOUR KEY JOB DESCRIPTION:
Quality Manager is in charge of developing and maintaining DNA’s quality system in line with our strategy, supporting business processes and risk management.
Your key areas of responsibility:
Quality policies and guidelines, together with stakeholders and document owners
Establishing quality controls, audits and procedures
Leading quality related activities including executions, monitoring and reporting
Increasing quality awareness
PREFERRED COMPETENCE:
We wish you to have a strong knowledge and proven track record in quality management or similar tasks (3 to 5 years). You have experience in e.g. ISO 4001/9000/9001/27000 quality certification processes and a good understanding of the business processes and lifecycle management. We also hope that you have previous experience with agile methods (SaFe) and the ITIL model and we appreciate your customer-centric approach.
Quality is done together, which requires you to be able to listen, guide and motivate stakeholders. We also value coaching leadership, networking skills, commitment and purposefulness. In addition to Finnish, you will need fluent English language skills (written / oral).
