I am Antti Perkiömäki, Head of Service Management and Development within Service Execution organization in Finland. I'm looking for someone who can contribute with hands-on service quality management tasks as well as setting the scene for the new way of working. You can work from any of our ten offices, and we offer excellent remote working opportunities within Finland.
As a Quality Manager with both technical and management focus, you will have a key role in increasing the quality and shortening delivery times for our IT services. You will work close to our technical and business development teams and process managers to guide them in using selected frameworks and methods. You will also manage our certified service management system.
The role includes, but is not limited to:
Responsibility of requirement management for our certificates ISO 20000-1, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001
Planning and executing continuous improvement activities related to quality and our certificates
Planning and managing internal and external audits
Planning and maintaining the documentation and its structure related to management systems, processes, and certificates
Planning and maintaining our Service Catalog
Measuring and reporting Quality KPIs and possible deviations
Recognizing risks related to service management and quality; planning and executing risk mitigations
Maintaining quality and service management awareness in our organization
Is this you?
We think that you have a passion for quality, service management and for our customers, with the ability to lead and actively take part of the transformation journey ahead. You have experience of working with Service Management System in service provider context and understand the importance of thinking of quality from the beginning in the development lifecycle. You have a good understanding of business processes as well as a good technical view and you are an excellent communicator.

Shares information and expertise to achieve desired results

You have several years of practical experience in managing compliance of ISO 20000-1, ISO 27001, ISO 14001 and/or ISO 9001
You have been working with Confluence, JIRA and ServiceNow
You have practical experience of IT service management and process development
You have experience of ITIL, IT4IT, COBIT and SAFe frameworks
You are fluent in Finnish and English, both spoken and written
