Quality Inspector / Welding coordinator
Open position for Quality Inspector, IWS / IWI / IWT or IWE
What are we looking for:
We require the applicant to have appropriate training or experience in the field of welding and surface treatment and IWS / IWI / IWT or IWE qualifications.
As a welding coordinator, you are responsible for welder and operator qualifications, and you maintain a register of welders.
You are responsible for maintaining and updating welding procedure specifications and procedure qualifications.
You create NDT plans for projects when needed and organize inspections in own manufacturing. You act as an expert in matters related to welding.
You verify that supplier qualifications fulfill project requirements.
You are proactive by nature and take things forward.
