We are looking for a Quality Assistant to join our Accommodation Systems Division. This position will be fixed term staffing employment for six months. 
As a Quality Assistant your main tasks are to coordinate the updating and creating of department specific procedures and instructions as well as to update Quality procedures and development of the Quality Management System documentation. You will prepare training and communication material related to updated procedures and processes and support other functions in documentation update process. You will participate regularly to HSEQ department meetings and Quality development related meetings. In your role you will report directly to HSEQ manager, ACC Division.  We are looking for a person who has knowledge with ISO 9001 standard requirements and understanding of Quality Management System. Basic knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 are seen as an advantage. You have proactive and development oriented mindset and systematic, analytical approach to documentation systems. Your IT skills are good and you have proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. All our documentation and also official communication are in English, so we expect that you communicate fluently in English. We hope that you already have experience in creating instructions, procedures and maintaining documentation systems.
