Quality Analyst

We are looking for a Quality Analyst for a full-time position in our Assurance Quality Team.

Quality Analyst is responsible for a wide variety of tasks related to monitoring and analyzing business from quality perspective, managing quality dashboards & regular quality measurement reporting and managing budgeting process for quality related internal work. Quality Analyst supports Assurance Leadership and Functional Area Leaders in developing their quality monitoring and is responsible for certain financial reporting related to quality. As we are looking to take our quality measuring to the next level, developing automation in our monitoring and reporting (e.g. using Power BI) will be a high priority. Assurance Quality Analyst works in close cooperation with the Controlling Team in Finance and will be the subject matter expert in the reporting requirements set by regulators for Audit Firms.

To be successful in the position,

• you must have experience in working with automated reporting infrastructure and data analyses

• an analytical work record, numerical accuracy and knowledge of accounting

• strong technical skills (Excel and BI-tools like Power BI)

• a commercial university degree (e.g. M.Sc. or BBA) and fluent Finnish and English language skills (both oral and written)

Previous experience in business expert services and reporting automation and development projects will be considered to your advantage. Experience from the audit business can be an asset but is not a prerequisite. We hope for a strong enthusiasm for the development of our quality measurement processes and tools.
