In this role, you will primarily support our Environmental Management in compliance-related tasks. You will help develop best practices in management of restricted substances and learn to use compliance data management systems. Based on your skills and interests, you may also take on tasks in general environmental management, such as environmental key performance indicator (EKPI) reporting, producer responsibility, environmental impact assessment or internal environmental campaigns. According to your interests, you will have a chance to learn about and participate in practical Health and Safety Management as well.
You can be a third-year student or further along in your environmental studies, or you may already have graduated. Key qualities are an interest in developing your knowledge of environmental issues in the business world, an ability to learn various themes quickly and apply your knowledge in practice, and a cooperative attitude. You should be able to look for information in English and communicate your findings in either Finnish or English. Previous experience of working in environmental management is an advantage, but not a requirement.
