QA/RA Specialist

Innokas Medical is a growing technology company specializing in healthcare technology. We are now looking for the next star to join our talented QA/RA team. Our customer assignments offer an excellent opportunity to utilize already existing skills and develop new ones as you will receive appropriate training, guidance, and support from our experts in QA/RA, design and development, purchasing and production. QA/RA specialist is responsible for supporting our customers and maintaining compliance.

In your role you will:

• Become a part of a multidisciplinary team of talents in Innokas Medical supporting each other and having a common goal
• Support our customers to achieve compliance with given regulations, guidance, standards, and processes
• Proactively act between the customer and our sales team to match customer needs to our turn-key service portfolio
• Provide presentations and training
• Develop your hands-on skills by maintaining and managing parts of our own quality management system

Ideally, you have:

• A few years’ experience of demanding medical device projects
• Hands-on experience of implementing requirements of EU and FDA as well as related process and product standards
• Versatile experience of quality management systems
• Good documentation practices and understanding of software development is preferred
• Self-driven and customer-oriented mindset
• Good communication skills in English and Finnish to work with project teams and stakeholders
• A suitable educational background is M.Sc. or B.Sc. in engineering or a related field
