We are looking for QA Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic Quality team. This position is permanent mid-senior role and location is in Vantaa. You report directly to QHSE Manager.

Main responsibilities

The primary role of QA Compliance Specialist is take care of our customer complaints in customer complaint management system. Role is to assign claims that customer service is opening to 8D Leaders for analysis and evaluate the received 8D reports. In this role you conduct weekly claim meetings with 8D Leaders and communicate with customer service and customer interface responsible persons (technical delivery consults). Aim is to exchange the experience of cases and help 8D Leader to solve the issues. Auditing is also a very important part of the job and in this role you will participate yearly external QHSE audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001, CQM) and perform independently related internal audits. You will also support and assist the Quality team with team tasks; quality inspections, document handling, inventory and production quality projects.

Your profile

To succeed in this job you ideally have some of the following skills and expertise. This position needs experienced Specialist who has experience working with manufacturing industry and is familiar with Quality Assurance management.

Education: Experience: minimum 5-7 years’ experience in quality functions or manufacturing organization. We expect you to have knowledge of ISO management systems standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001) and experience of performing audits. Lead auditor qualifications is a benefit.

Our ideal candidate has very strong organizational skills, ability to set priorities, working under strict service level requirements and work in multicultural environment. You have excellent written and oral communication skills in Finnish and English. Good skills in communication with different stakeholders both internal and external is a must.
