QA Automation Lead

Aibidia is looking for a full-time QA Automation Lead to take ownership of Aibidia’s SaaS solution’s QA Automation end-to-end.

When you start as a QA Automation Lead, you will first focus on manual testing and provide your support with existing testing practices to get a full picture of what is happening around Quality Assurance. You’ll also help in designing manual testing structures. You’ll work closely with the Quality & Release Manager, Junior Cloud Developer and the rest of the R&D team. After familiarizing yourself with the existing practices, you’ll lead the evaluation of different frameworks and tools and develop Aibidia’s future automation framework. You’ll plan and create automated testing structures and analyze the processes. Eventually, your main goal is to ensure that a well-structured, automated testing process runs smoothly and is continuously developed.

Requirements:

• Ability to take ownership of the automation process end-to-end

• 5-6 years of professional experience in automation

• Familiarity with automation frameworks, such as Cypress, Robot, Selenium

• Coding experience for test automation purposes, e.g. Python and/or C#, JavaScript

• Customer and business oriented mindset as well as willingness to create value through automation

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Degree in a relevant field (Bachelor’s or Master’s)

We consider as an asset:

• Knowledge of Azure DevOps

• Experience in API testing (e.g. with Postman API Platform)
