Purchasing and Team Assistant (maternity leave substitute)
We are looking for Purchasing and Team Assistant to our international IT client located in Espoo. Position is fixed term maternity leave substitute.
- Providing support in purchase orders to different departments and documentation regarding those.
- Invoicing and invoice queries management.
- Team assistant to segments.
- Coordinating and scheduling weekly internal sales meetings.
- Event organizing (internal & external).
- Managing distribution lists.
The person we are seeking will support in purchase processes. That is why the financial background, budgetary understanding, previous experience in purchases is needed. The interpretation and accuracy of the agreements is also important. The person is responsible for ensuring that purchases are compliance with company policy.
The person will provide administrative support to teams in various projects such as arranging meetings and communicating with all team members. Important skills for this job are multitasking, teamwork, time management, IT skills, problem solving orientation.
