We are looking for a
to join our Finance team in Espoo.
As a Property Analyst you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of, updating and continuously developing the company’s property analysis and reports to monthly- and quarterly reports and valuations. You are also responsible for the internal and external reporting and analysis of operating key figures.
Your main tasks are leasing administration and data validation in systems and administration of lease agreement system and reporting systems. In addition, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting of lease information and property operative key figures, such as tenant sales, occupancy rate, footfall and leasing spread, and supporting our business operations are also an important part of your work.
This temporary position is an entry level position and is suitable for a person finishing up the studies.
You will be reporting to Patrik Molander, Finance Director for Finland and Estonia.
To succeed in this position, you will need:
• A proactive working style and an analytical mindset
• Great interest in data validation and the quality of the data
• Process orientation and interest for systems
• Good skills in MS Excel
• Excellent team orientation and cooperation skills
• Out of the box thinking, eagerness to find solution and can do –attitude
• A Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree or studies in business or relevant field or similar knowledge
• To be able to work in Finnish and English
