Project Order Management Coordinator

Your main responsibility is to book the project contracts to our ERP system according to Valmet policies and following contractual terms approved by Valmet. Also, sales invoicing and applying bank or Valmet Corporation guarantees will be a part of your tasks. Our global environment brings also different kind of VAT scenarios, which require special attention in this role.

You will have a very important role in ensuring the smooth process by providing the correct information from the beginning of the delivery processes. Co-operation with other functions like sales, service, project, finance and supply chain is very important.

You will be located in Tampere and report to undersigned.

Expectations

Our ideal candidate would have:

• A degree in economics (B.Sc., preferably in international business/trading)

• Good knowledge of VAT rules, international trade and its commercial terms in sales contracts is important

• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Excellent teamwork skills and organized way of working

• Fluent language skills in Finnish and English both written and spoken

It is also seen as a benefit if you already have:

• Knowledge of the ERP systems

• Experience in letter of credit sales

• Experience and knowledge in order management related tasks
