Project Manager Wanted!
Is keeping several balls in the air your special talent? Do you fancy new challenges and a responsible job in an international environment? We here at Medanets are looking for you!
At Medanets, we have developed a mobile app for nursing that helps to save lives. We are the market leader in the Nordic countries, and with new contracts from customers, currently expanding into Central Europe and the UK. As we grow internationally, we are looking for a project manager to join our team. With us, you get to do meaningful work in an exceptional team that aims very high, but not with any cost.
As a Project Manager, you take care of our delivery projects with the focus on our international cases in the Nordic countries, Central Europe, and the UK. You get involved in the projects at an early stage, since usually there is quite a lot of technical details to be clarified before the start of the actual project. This is followed by planning and agreeing the delivery schedule with the customer, as well as executing project tasks, the nature of which is based and dependent on your personal skills. The completion of a typical delivery project takes 3 to 12 months. As a Project Manager, you look after the project from the very beginning until the successful closure.
However, you will not have to work alone, as our Service & Delivery team is also deeply involved in the projects, and whenever needed, our Research & Development team is there to support you as well.
Could it be you?
We are looking for a person with a positive mindset and a can-do attitude, equipped with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. We expect that you have experience in managing multivendor / multilayer projects and are ready to take responsibility for delivery projects big and small.
You are eager to learn to know our product inside and out to explain its features and functionalities and to answer even the trickiest questions about it.
You know how to work with different kind of project participants with empathy and respect, yet the needed firmness to push all parties towards the common goal. You are able to (re-)evaluate the resources needed, schedules and the prioritisation of the projects based on the evolving need.
In addition, you should have
technical know-how on service integration requirements, databases and IT infrastructure environments (especially Linux servers)
understanding of SOAP, JSON, HL7, and FHIR
good skills in documenting and project management tools
A background in healthcare is not mandatory but considered a plus. Excellent English skills in speaking and writing are a must, good skills in Finnish and/or Swedish an extra asset.
What do we offer you?
A nice working environment and people that feel good in it are the cornerstone of our success. When the people feel well, they also do their work well. This realises as customer happiness, successful projects, and sustainable customer relationships.
