We are looking for a project manager to drive development projects in a multi-customer warehouse environment. Projects in question will cover both customer specific topics such as new customer implementations, changes to existing production and/or IT-processes etc. and topics centered on implementing a variety of Lean/Continuous Improvement tools and practices such as 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Shop Floor Management etc.depending on the needs of the Contract Logistics production organization.
You will manage the projects from initiation, through detailed planning and realization up until the ramp-up and closing of the project. You will be responsible for budgeting, resourcing and setting the timelines as well as tracking the progress of your projects of responsibility and maintaining the project documentation according to our corporate standards. You will also participate in developing our project management tools and best practices.
Bsc. and/or Msc degree in Logistics/Transportation/SCM/Industrial Engineering
Proven track record in project management in Contract Logistics and excellent project management skills
Understanding of logistics operations and implementations as well as of Lean/Continous Improvement
Excellent communication/negotiation- and Language skills in Finnish/English (verbal and written)
Excellent Computer and software skills (MSOffice, MSVisio, MSProject).
