Project Manager, Payroll Operations Development

Työn kuvaus:
On behalf of our international client we are now looking for a Project Manager to work with Payroll Operations Development. This is a fixed term position for approximately 6-9 months. The job starts as agreed as soon as the suitable person has been found. This role will mainly be based in Hyvinkää, but also requires travelling to Espoo. The employment contract will be signed with Adecco Finland.
Your main responsibility as Project Manager will be to support our client with payroll function development and alignment with a changed HR operating model and new tools. The job will include finding opportunities for efficiency improvement through process development and problem-solving. You will work with internal and external partners to solve technical challenges and improve co-operation within the company. The role will support the Payroll team lead and head of the organization to drive culture change and renewal in payroll operations.
You might be the person we are looking for if you are proactive, trustworthy and able to handle sensitive and confidential matters. You work independently, but as a team player. You must have attention to the detail, but also ability to see the bigger picture. You need to be results-oriented and able to operate with speed ensuring good quality. You have strong influencing and collaboration skills as well as good problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset combined with a “hands-on attitude”. Ideally you have experience in driving change and/or delivering results successfully in a changing business environment.
We are looking for someone with 5-10 years of relevant work experience preferably from an international working environment. Ideally you have some experience of payroll operations or accounting or at least an interest in this area of expertise. Work experience within HR can also be an advantage. You have excellent Finnish writing and verbal skills and good level of English language skills.
