As a supplier of HVDC, FACTS and Grid Access Solutions as well as power cables and high-voltage substations for power utilities, developers and the power industry. We develop, produce and provide economical, innovative and competitive systems, solutions and products as well as T&D services. In Finland, Baltic and Nordic region our main business is High-voltage substations as turnkey deliveries.
What are my responsibilities?
You will be responsible for managing and executing projects from handover to delivery for our customers mostly in Finland, Baltic and Nordic countries. Our customers are typically Transmission and Distribution utilities.
The projects are mainly related to High-voltage substations. The role will include engineering follow-up and cost & profit follow-up in collaboration with commercial Project Manager. You will also support the bid management process in close collaboration with the local bid Managers and sales organization. You will be part of Finland and Baltic execution team and you will report to Project Director in Gas and Power.
You have a technical or engineering educational background. Additional education in management or business administration is considered as a plus. You have several years of experience in project management and project execution in similar function or business area. Experience of CRM in project execution phase is highly recommended. We hope you are familiar with Power Distribution and Transmission equipment. It is considered advantage to have prior experience on relay protection systems and SCADA systems.
You are driven and motivated to collaborate with customers seeking best possible business solutions. You have ability to influence and think “out of the box”. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in Finnish and English is required, other Nordic or Baltic languages are considered as an advantage. This opportunity requires travel in Finland and possibly in Baltic & Nordic countries, including also overnight stays.
