Siemens is hiring a Project Manager to Finland & Baltic region
You will be responsible for managing and executing projects from handover to delivery for our Digital Grid customers mostly in Finland and possibly in Baltic countries. Our customers are typically Transmission and Distribution System owners from industry business area.
The projects are mainly related to Electrical Network Protection and SCADA systems. The role will include engineering follow-up and cost & profit follow-up in collaboration with commercial Project Manager. You will also support the bid management process in close collaboration with the local bid Managers and sales organization. You will be part of Finland and Baltic Digital Grid execution team and you will report to Head of Customer Solutions & Delivery in Smart Infrastructure division.
You have a technical or engineering educational background. Additional education in management or business administration is considered as a plus. You have several years of experience in project management and project execution in similar function or business area. Experience of CRM in project execution phase is highly recommended. We hope you are familiar with Power Distribution and Transmission equipment, relay protection systems and SCADA systems.
You are driven and motivated to collaborate with customers seeking best possible business solutions. You have ability to influence and think “out of the box”. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in Finnish and English is required, other Nordic or Baltic languages are considered as an advantage. This opportunity requires travel mostly in Finland, but possibly in Baltic and Nordic countries, including also overnight stays.
