As a subsidiary of Mehiläinen, the leading private healthcare company in Finland, BeeHealthy draws on 110+ years of experience in healthcare and 20+ years of experience in developing digital services and software inhouse. BeeHealthy has just started its journey and is in a strong growth mode. We are currently +80 dedicated professionals based in Helsinki, Tallinn, Amsterdam and Dubai, expanding both domestically in Finland and across the EMEA region. 

As we are now growing our dynamic project delivery team, we need your SaaS implementation project management capabilities to successfully deliver the BeeHealthy platform to our customers and help them in building new digital businesses with our platform. If you have a “let’s do it” -attitude, while being a good team player, and you can take responsibility of your own work as well as build trust with your customers, you might be the one we are looking for!  

Your key responsibilities as a Project Manager will include: 

• Managing the BeeHealthy platform implementation projects and alignment with client’s business objectives from contract signing and planning phase all the way to the go-live and successful handover to BeeHealthy support. 

• Develop detailed deployment project plans including scope, schedule, risks and financials and oversee project execution, tracking progress against milestones and deadlines. 

• Manage cross-functional technology project teams and coordinate efforts between infrastructure, product development, compliance, business stakeholders, and healthcare professionals as well as third-party vendors. 

• Lead workshops to understand client needs, document business & technology requirements and use cases together with product and tech team 

• Foster the client relationship and ensure customer satisfaction during the project and go-live.  

• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the deployment project with a focus on SaaS delivery, data privacy and healthcare compliance 

• Support the client in creating new digital offering and operations with help from BeeHealthy’s and Mehiläinen´s business and clinical experts.  

• Develop BeeHealthy’s SaaS implementation and interoperability processes from deployment project perspective in collaboration with other BeeHealthy teams.

What we wish from you:  

• 2-5+ years’ experience from client-facing work and/or project management, ideally from software, technology consulting or health tech. International experience is seen as an advantage.   

• Hands-on expertise and interest in project management; knowledge and effective use of different project management methodologies, tools and best practices  

• Understanding of product and integration development terminology, principles and methodologies, such as agile methodologies and ITIL 

• You are a top-tier customer servant and have a desire to help customers to succeed together with BeeHealthy  

• Strong people skills; you are an honest team-player, have good self-awareness, can effectively communicate with people from different backgrounds, have patience with others and ability to trust others  

• Passion for improving healthcare systems around the world. Experience in healthcare sector and digital healthcare is also a big plus  

• You understand what it takes to make a change in customer organizations, perhaps you are familiar with change management methodologies or at minimum have an interest in learning more  

• Ability to create and deliver clear, concise, professional presentations in both internal and customer setting  

• Excellent communications skills in English (excellent Finnish skills also required for project managers working in our Finnish public sector projects)
