We are now looking for an experienced Project Expert, Business Operations Finance to join our Finance & Control Development organization to participate, as finance expert, in development initiatives in the area of Business Operations and its integrated finance operations, together with our process experts.
Finance & Control Development organization is part of UPM Finance & Control (F&C) and focuses on accelerating performance improvement and leading mid- and long-term change. The key aim is to support and add value for F&C function and UPM businesses by optimizing and automating finance processes and solutions with quality and efficiency. The team works in close co-operation with Finance Operations, Business Control, IT, and businesses of UPM.

What you’ll do
As your first assignment you will participate in the implementation of a new ERP. You will be covering from the finance point of view a wide range of processes such as: material management, supply chain, demand planning, sourcing and procurement, contract management and manufacturing. You will work very closely with process design owner, process owners and other project team members. In addition, you are in the key role to ensure that the implemented solution is ready on time and according to the designed process.
