Project Coordinator S/4 HANA

ANDRITZ Northern Europe IT is now looking for a Project Coordinator S/4 HANA, Application Services ERP, to join our team. In this role you are responsible for the Author role in documentation for NE area and you assist in coordination of key user activities related to S/4 HANA project.

SAP is used globally at ANDRITZ as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Currently we have a project ongoing to transfer current SAP version to S/4 HANA version. In the project coordinator role you will closely work with global SAP team and with Northern Europe SAP key users.

This is a fixed-term position until December 2023 and location of the position is preferably Helsinki, other ANDRITZ locations in Finland can be negotiated.

YOUR TASKS
• In Author role transforms recordings done by key users and SAP consultants into written end user instructions, eLearnings, videos and other documents by using a dedicated tool (training will be provided)
• Assisting in coordination of the key user activities in SAP Northern Europe key user community (testing, training etc.)
 
YOUR PROFILE
• Student of Information Technology/Engineering/Economis or related, preferably in final phase, interest in SAP or ERP application area
• Fluent in 2 languages (Finnish, English)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good teamwork skills
• Taking responsibility
• Attention to detail
• Able to organize, prioritize and plan work
• Good visualization skills is seen as an advantage.
