We are looking for a

Roll-out Coordinator

to coordinate our client's new Sales tool project globally. The selected person shall work on Experis's payroll in our client's premises in Espoo. We are expecting availability to start in September / October.

You can be in the beginning of your career but ideally you already have a couple of years of experience in working in global IT projects. You like to work in a fast paced environment with a lot of interaction with your team and stakeholders.


-  Country deployment planning with the areas and frontlines
-  Developing deployment package and processes
-  Coordinating the deployment activities with the country organizations
-  Coordination with the IT teams
-  Arranging training sessions


-  Good project management skills
-  Willingness to learn end-to-end processes and tools used
-  Good communication skills & ability to comfortably discuss with different kinds stakeholders
-  Previous experience with the sales tools / configurators / or global deployments is considered as abenefit
-  Salesforce and SAP knowledge benefit
-  Fluency in English
