As our trainee, you will support the whole Global Project Control function working with plant investment and internal development projects supporting Neste strategy. In Project Control we are responsible of cost estimation, project planning & scheduling, cost controlling and project reporting. The team consists of around 40 project control professionals globally.

In this role you'll be supporting Project Controllers, Project Planners, Cost Estimators and Project Control management in their daily tasks. During summer you'll gain valuable experience on project control in industrial investment project environment. Your responsibilities can be adjusted based on your competence and personal interests. We will guide and support you and give a good introduction for the job and our company.

To be successful in this role, we expect you to be at the final stages of your studies in engineering or business, or a similar, relevant field. We are looking for a trainee with proactiveness, motivation to learn and genuine interest to become a future professional of your field. Your salary will be determined based on the job and its requirements, your relevant previous working experience and the number of course credits you have from your studies.
