We are now looking for
to work in our Clients project. The project starts in summer 2021 and lasts at least 2 years. This project is situated in Pyhäjoki, Finland.
You will assist the Project manager in administrative tasks, taking care of the fine details of a large project and effectively guide the team to achieve product and service goals. You will manage daily project operations in the absence of a project manager and monitor the progress of multiple projects.
Your key Areas of Responsibility will be:
Build and maintain good working relationships with clients to ensure complete customer satisfaction and good prospects for future business
Maintain contact with clients through phone calls, emails or text messaging
Monitor Supply Chain (SCM) / Project Timeline to determine the need for escalation
Prepare weekly or monthly reports of project operations
Collect data, analyze it, and help project managers to set objectives for a project
Carry out quality reviews and checks to ensure project operations are in line with industry best practices
Ensure project team members comply with company methodologies and project principles
Respect decision-making boundaries and know when to call the attention of the manager
Should be Well Conversant with HSE Policies, especially Electrical Safety
We hope that You have:
BE Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering and good years of experience in an administrative position
Excellent skills in coordinating and ensuring smooth operation of multiple projects from start to finish and ensuring changes in project plan are communicated to team members
Excellent interpersonal skills in assisting to resolve conflicts or disputes between the various departments of an organization

You are calm under pressure in a constantly changing environment, maintaining assertive and decisive way of thinking. You are leading by example with strong values and are willing to learn. Fluency in Finnish and English is required, knowledge of Swedish is an asset. This project requires travelling in Finland.
