Production worker at shoes factory

We are now looking for motivated employees who are interested in production-related work tasks in the shoe and leather industry at Sievi (province of Oulu and part of North Ostrobothnia region)

The work tasks are diverse and may include machine operation, assembly, warehouse work, sewing, or finishing.

We are looking for people who are accurate and diligent in carrying out their work tasks. We value initiative and genuine enthusiasm towards the industry, as well as the ability to learn new skills. As an employee, you are flexible and have good teamwork skills.

You will be oriented to the work tasks, so previous experience in the industry is not compulsory but considered to be an advantage. The work will begin as agreed and as soon as possible.

The work is mainly daytime work, but shift work is also possible, depending on the department. The work takes place in a warm factory environment. When carrying out the work tasks, your working positions will vary, which is why a good basic physical condition is a prerequisite.

Requirement from candidates:

• good & positive attitude

• sociability

• good physical condition as this is sitting and standing work

• car availability or driving license, due to the location of the factory

• background from sewing is seen as an advantage

• English skills (B level, good speaking and understanding)

Offer:

• 6 months contract with possibility of prolongation
