In the role of Production Support Manager is to manage FinVector’s day-to-day support operations, ensuring that manufacturing operations can be done in timely manner with full focus on manufacturing. The position is within Manufacturing department, and you will be joining the team consisting of manufacturing managers.
Production Support Manager’s domain covers new factory, Finport, as well as their current premises at Novapolis. Production support manager reports to Manufacturing Director, and act as a Line Manager for our current Cleaning-team, and a budget owner of the Production Support cost center.
Your main responsibilities:
- Management of Cleanroom cleaning function, ensuring that cleaning operations are GMP compliant, planned well, and performed in timely manner.
- Management of manufacturing shift scheduling and resource planning function
- Management of the planning of training and qualification activities of manufacturing department employees, to ensure alignment between people development and company strategic targets.
- Management of factory clothing and clean room scrubs, taking care of washing service and ensuring there is sufficiently clean clothes available for our staff.
- Management of liquid nitrogen and dry ice orders, sufficiently available when needed.
- Management of service agreements related to the above-mentioned services.
In order to succeed we value the following skills:
- Solid English communication skills (both written and verbal) all other additional languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in operational management, preferably from shift work environment
- Knowledge about clean room environment and their regulations (GMP)
- Experience of resource planning
- General knowledge about union agreements (TES) and different personnel groups, how to apply field-specific into practise.
- Will to develop the functions and drive continuous improvement in the area of responsibility.
- Ability to set direction, define suitable course of action, and delegate responsibilities in a practical manner.
- Proficient at planning, efficient in time management and good at organizing needed resources.
- Capable of producing clear, easily understandable, and accurate documentation in English
