The Production Planner (or Planning Specialist) is part of the Unilever Supply Chain function and works at the Sipoo Ice Cream Factory. As a Production Planner, you will work closely with material planning, production and our demand planning organization. You will be part of a professional and engaging team where you will have an active part to play in the business. Since you will have a lot of contact with different stakeholders and functions, you need to have good communication and influencing skills. You demonstrate independence and self-motivation, and have the excitement and passion for making improvements and finding new capabilities for growth.

What are we looking for?
We expect you to hold a University degree (BSc or MSc) in Engineering or Economics, preferably within the Logistics/Supply Chain/Industrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering area. You also have a strong interest towards Supply Chain. You have strong analytical abilities, as well as excellent communication and influencing skills. You are not afraid to work outside your comfort zone, and you are able to tolerate pressure. We expect you to quickly adapt to changes and learn new things. You will have stakeholders in different parts of Europe, so you communicate effortlessly in both Finnish and in English.
We consider as a benefit for you, if you have previous work experience within Supply Chain/Logistics area, preferably in FMCG industry. Planning experience and experience using SAP is also considered as advantage.
