About the position

We at Tietoevry Specialized Care Products unit are looking for a skilled colleague with an understanding for hospital environment and surgical patients workflow. Our teams are engaged to provide products for healthcare professionals in Nordic countries. You would work as a product specialist for two different products. However, it is possible to perform the tasks with a similar background and competence. The products are our solutions for production management in hospitals and surgical planning system.

What you'll be doing

• Sales support activities
• Planning and presenting demos for Finnish customers
• Planning localization of information system for Finnish markets
• Planning and participating to implementation projects together with the customer organization and our product team
• Participation in post-deployment customer collaboration

To rock this position

We are looking for someone who wants to work with us on a permanent basis. You should be forward-looking and independently working, have most of all deep industry knowledge in healthcare. You know the operation theatre workflow very well as well as the information systems used to operation planning and scheduling. For you customers in the clinics are at the center. You should also be able to speak and write in English fluently, but Finnish is also required for customer meetings and planning and presenting successful demos. You feel yourself comfortable working in an international team.

We'd also appreciate experience or interest in the following areas:

• Deep understanding for hospital environment and surgical patients workflow
• Creating relevant plans and documents
• Interest in successful customer communication
• Working on patient information systems is familiar to you
• Possible previous experience as a nurse or operating theatre information system administrator
