Our aim is to turn waste into new raw material whenever possible and keep it in circulation and utilised again and again. You will be responsible for of RWS´s end product quality in our recycling business in Nordic countries. By working with department managers, production staff, customers and suppliers to ensure quality, the aim is to minimize the costs of reworking or waste, and maximize customer satisfaction with the products. You will support sales in end customer relations, supporting by ensuring a strong link between customer demand and production capabillities.
As a Quality engineer you‘ll establish, implement and maintain a quality management systems to measure, control and enhance quality in the production process. You will do analyses on quality problems to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. You’ll work within the complete value chain, from quality of raw materials, production process and customer demands.

We believe that suitable candidates have an educational background in engineering and at least 3–5 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in recycling business. Our current factories are located in Nordic countries so the role includes travelling.
You are a professional who understands the principles of product quality evaluation and control. You are able to agree on standards with suppliers and implement inspection processes to monitor incoming material. You are able to monitor suppliers’ quality performance and implement corrective and preventative measures to deal with any quality issues.
