What you’ll do?

This role is responsible for accurate administration of all product data into all required systems on behalf of the country product team. This role also provides product training to stores and provides support with launches in country.

• Providing support and being the first point of contact for general logistics, ordering and quality related questions regarding products as well as warehouse queries
• Analysing and escalating product quality issues on behalf of the country product team
• Proof-reading all translations to check technical translations are accurate
• Lead Product Quality Guarantee (PQG) meetings with Szatmar
• Representing the Country Product team on projects as required
• Assisting with store new starter trainings
• Checking and localising visual merchandising briefs

Who you are?

• Experience from supporting internal customers
• Good track record in executing staff training
• Strong IT skills in Microsoft package
• Optometrist or background from optical retail
• Proactive and driven
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
• Great organizational skills and attention to detail
• You enjoy delivering high quality and efficient customer service
• Well-developed and effective communication skills
• Fluency in Finnish and English – both written and spoken
• Good team player, friendly and positive attitude
