We are now looking for two Product Owners

​ 1) to work on Lifecare Booking related renewal in Patient Administration product family. Lifecare Booking covers professional and main user booking and recall functionality and schedule management. Additionally, the requirements of wellbeing area for booking are essential to be considered to enable fluent professional workflows.

2) to work on Patient Engagement product offering that covers Lifecare system related digital citizen solutions such as citizen booking, video appointments, selfcare and SMS services.

As a Product Owner, you will be part of our product management unit, working closely with your Product Manager and other Product Owners, as well as with development and customer operations, to create high customer value and keep products competitive and profitable.

You will be responsible for

• Roadmap and release plans
• Prioritized backlogs
• Internal and external communication and information sharing
• Sales support
• Productization

We expect you to have

• Aspiration to deliver customer value and drive business value
• Proven skills in product management and good understanding of product development
• Ability to lead work from an idea to a sellable and deployable product
• Passion to build great products, innovate and solve complex customer problems
• Confidence to take responsibility. You value accountability highly in yourself and in others
• Solid track record of building relationships and influencing at all levels of the internal and customer organizations, from staff level to senior management levels
• Strong organizational skills, including ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing initiatives
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Finnish and English
• Experience in healthcare information systems is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement
