Product Owner, SAP System & Integration About the role As a Product Owner you understand the requirements posed by enterprise scale SAP systems and larger IT ecosystems, and guide your team’s priorities related to the platform, systems, operational functionalities and shared enablers. You create the overall vision of your team in close co-operation with the SAP application teams within the Finance Core Solutions CoE and the IT Area You understand the technical needs of the various SAP systems, split and prioritize these to be actionable by the team. You proactively look for optimal solutions to develop and produce shared enablers. You are responsible for the team backlog and its prioritization. The backlog consists of development, production and compliance items (i.e. everything related to the service). Additionally, you are responsible for the coordination between teams, tribes, partners and other stakeholders Your experience and know-how in a nutshell You’re a seasoned SAP Swiss army knife, integrations are part of your day to day work, and with your team you talk fluently everything ranging from platform maintenance and building microservices to developing authorization concepts. You’ve accumulated experience in process leadership, vendor management and agile ways of working. You’re familiar with product- and/or service management through results potential and risk management. You have a proven track record in managing development programs or projects and/or building products and services. You have at least 5 years of experience with developing technical SAP solutions in large scale enterprise contexts. Your team’s key responsibilities include the following: - Management of SAP platform services management - SAP Admin & Operations Ownership - SAP Basis - SAP PI / PO development & maintenance - SAP BO - BW development and maintenance - Reconciliation Hub development and maintenance - Control-M monitoring / changes - Authorization - Disaster Recovery You don’t have to excel at everything mentioned from day one, as learning by doing and eagerness to learn are profound elements of our culture here at OP. You have excellent collaboration and networking skills and you know how to lead change and involve stakeholders. In work-related matters you communicate fluently in English.
