Job description:

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in our Espoo office. In this role, you’ll work in a team to create content and marketing programs that drive sales, increase awareness and community engagement, and help our customers get more value out of our products.

Our ideal candidate has the right mix of technical background and business experience, and desire to be our product evangelist. You’ll need to be a quick study, an outstanding communicator and storyteller, and proven content producer.



  • Understand the features and benefits of our products and clearly articulate them to our audience in a way that is relevant and engaging
  • Develop and produce externally facing content such as videos, case studies, articles, guides/eBooks, blog posts, presentations, feature briefs, and brochures
  • Deliver webinars and product presentations
  • Obtain a deep understanding of our market; research and define the profile of target customers, their needs, and how our products will meet those needs
  • Research competitive products and develop marketing strategies and internal presentations based on your competitive analysis of their strengths and weaknesses
  • Work closely with our product development and simulation experts teams to translate technical capabilities of our products into benefits, product messaging, and positioning
  • Participate in the planning and execution of go-to-market strategy and promotional campaigns for new product releases


Skills and requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B product marketing or technical sales, ideally for engineering or manufacturing software
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field, MBA is a plus
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills in English: written, verbal, and presentation
  • Experience with creating technical and marketing content for a B2B audience across a broad range of content types and channels
  • Ability to understand complex and technical concepts and explain them in simple terms to a broad audience
  • Team player and self-starter, willing to take initiative and support colleagues
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to quickly come up to speed on our products and market, and become a proficient user of our products


Great to have:

  • Experience using production simulation and/or CAD software
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in manufacturing industry
