We are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to join Suunto! If you have experience in brand management, a relevant degree and you are passionate about working in a global organization - this might be the job you are looking for.
In this position you will be part of the global product marketing team based at Suunto head quarters. You will help to ensure that new products are developed consistent with the Suunto brand, that they are clearly positioned and deliver strong consumer benefits that can be leveraged in communications. You will be a part of making Go-To-Market plans and developing the marketing toolkit. Furthermore, in this role you get to develop key product and campaign assets to inspire and connect directly with the consumers. In this role you will work with both internal stakeholders as well as external stakeholder (e.g. marketing agencies)

* Maintaining the brand equity guidelines based on Suunto marketing and brand strategy
* Working with consumer insight, product development, software and design teams to help ensure that new initiatives are clearly positioned and delivers relevant consumer benefits.
* Working together with Design and Product teams on packaging executions.
* Supporting the creative process to turn brand and product concepts into assets that inspire and connect with consumers.
* Managing external agencies work, budgets and timelines from brief to asset delivery
* Managing the Suunto marketing asset and product marketing information databases, ensuring content is up to date and easily accessible.
* Collecting implementation insights and seeking market input and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
* Independently managing smaller initiatives e.g. line extensions, accessory launches, brand partnership projects.


* 1-2 years of Brand Management experience
* A Bachelor s degree in Marketing and/or Business Administration
* Experience from working in an international organization, in FMCG and/or for a sports brand is considered a plus
* New product development and/or consumer electronics experience a plus
* Fluent in English both written and spoken
